I offer services of screening cases for merit, report writing of the medical records in layman's terms, preparation in order for evidence to be clear and simple to understand. I also provide the ability to locate expert witnesses for attorneys and many other services.
Through the use of the National Alliance for Legal nurse Consultants I have at my fingertips over 6000 CLNC's available. As well as mentoring consultants for which other CLNC's do not have access.
The extensive training to obtain the Certification as a Legal Nurse Consultant ensures highly qualified nursing to provide clinical opinions and education.

CCP, RN, CLNC will provide high level legal nurse consulting services to the attorneys of Ellis County and other surrounding counties. We have 30 CLNC services to offer but will only present a few which relate to the clientele:

- Screen or investigate cases for merit, with a bottom line opinion.
- Define the applicable standards of care.
- Define deviations from, and adherence to, the applicable standards of care.
- Assess clients for attorneys regarding mental competency and medical conditions to determine responsibility for own actions.
- Assess alleged damages and / or injuries.
- Identify factors that caused or contributed to the alleged damages and / or injuries.
- Organize, Tab, Paginate Medical Records.
- Summarize briefly or in detail, translate and interpret medical records.
- Communicate with potential testifying experts.
- Locate expert witnesses needed.
- Research literature and standard of care into the case analysis.
- Liaison between expert witnesses and attorneys, health-care providers, witnesses, and other consultants.
- Prepare interrogatories, disposition and trial questions, Coordinate independent medical examinations.
- Develop written reports for use as study tools by attorneys.
